Here we go again; well at least the Israelis and Palestinians go at it again.
In all seriousness, do they not get tired of fighting and killing each other? These two groups of people are famously known for fighting each other, they are not known for anything else. They both have very interesting, beautiful cultures and religions, but no one would know because when you hear about them, they are fighting.
Two days ago on December 27th the Israelis embarked on “Operation Cast Down” against Hamas in the Gaza Strip, justify their attacks as a retaliation for this past June, as Hams fired rockets to a southern Israeli town. Hamas broke the cease-fire agreement between themselves and the Israelis. Israel enforced an economic blockade, cutting them off from food, gas, medicine and other necessities. Earlier this month, Israel said they would extend the cease-fire, if Hamas would adhere to their conditions, but it was to late Hamas were more fired up because of the economic blockade, stating this as a reason to continue thier attacks, and so now we are here, days after Christmas, days before the new year and they are fighting and killing each other YET AGAIN. As of today the death rate has surpassed 200 people, closing the 300s, over 600 are injured.
The United Nations are calling for a halt and re-opening of the boarder, letting emergence supplies in for the Palestinians.
