Clinton's remarks on the California Primary was a discussion on Democratic Primary history. Both her husband and Senator Kennedy waited longer into the summer for the their nomination, is her reasoning the same? Will another Clinton come from behind and steal the nomination from a front runner
Speaking of Front Runner, Clinton is being urged by the Obama campaign to withdraw from the presidential race, however she feels historically that makes no sense and this is why this comment on the assassination on RFK was made, it was to make the point that both candidates (Clinton, Kennedy) went all the way to June and she will not be step aside because she is no where in the lead with delegates.
However in a campaign that is making history as I write, having the first black to run and end up this far, there has been talks about his safety because of the color of his skin. Clinton's remarks, according to some critics, may have been fueling the racial tensions. Is this the end for her, should she just pull out and join her husband on his Global Projects?
This comment was taken way out of context, it was only to show the critics that it could still be possible for her to take the nomination, a miracle needs to occur, but she's still holding strong in hopes that the DNC will without a doubt choose her. This comment was not to suggest that Senator Obama will be assassinated. All three Candidate have been issused secret service as they carry on with their bid for the presidency.
