Bailout Rejected

So all weekend, we were hearing "we are making progress", we had both presidential candidates meet with President Bush in hopes of a plan for this economic meltdown, but in the end none of them could deliver. Are you surprised? If you are, you shouldn't be. That's the United States government for you.

The house voted yesterday and the GOP turned their backs on Bush, more Republicans voted against the bill than Democrats. So what happens now? Well a new bill is being formulated and that is hoping to be approved.

Once again Bush has failed us, Nancy Pelosi has failed us and the presidential candidates: who say they are about change, they too have failed us. Everyone wants this country to restore its place in the world, mainly politicians, but when it comes to stepping up and voting for a bill that will help in this economic meltdown, what did they do? Nothing and that is the United States government for you, they lead you on like d-bag leading on a innocent girl with pure feelings.

With all of this going on, Wall Street closed with the Dow Jones falling 777 points, shaking the world markets and shocking Washington as they had just rejected the bill. So another bill is asking for acceptance and only God knows how long that will take and if that will get approved.
