Apparently the Venezuelan President doesn't think too much of the "Fair and Balance" team. Telling a reporter of FOX News, that he is not stupid of course but the other people at Fox are. I"m not sure how I would take that comment if it were me, but the reporter didn't seem to care, he just needed to get the story. Watch the video and you decide if he was funny, or just being a jerk.
