HAITI:Bush Wipes Hand on Clinton

I'm not sure if George Bush is a germaphobe or he just doesn't like the Hiaitian people. But in this video released yesterday, Bush was caught on camera shaking the hand of a Hiatian man and only a few second later wiping it on Bill Clinton's shoulder.

Oprah.com is featuring President Bill Clinton's first hand account of his vist to Haiti this week. He is U.S Special Envoy to Haiti and has had Haiti on his mind for almost 40 years. Clinton:"When I returned to Haiti earlier this week to deliver medical supplies, food and water, I could barely recognize the city of Port-au-Prince, a city I have visited and cherished for more than 35 years: buildings and homes leveled; people in the streets, hungry, homeless and hurt; emergency vehicles and workers rushing through the streets to bring aid to the dying; the presidential palace in ruins."

President Clinton Arrives in Haiti

Today, President Bill Clinton arrived in Haiti just days after his wife Sec. of State Hillary Clinton. Clinton has been helping Haiti for over 20 years, through his presidency and now through the Clinton Foundation and as of Saturday through the Clinton-Bush Fund.Clinton toured the hospital and met with Haitian ministers talk about the destruction that recently took place and also about where the money needs to go. Clinton is hoping to figure out a way to rebuild the island and get the Haitian people back on their feet.
Haiti is especially close to the Clinton's as they honeymooned there in the 70's.
Obama Taps Ex-Presidents for Haiti

President Obama today tapped former Presidents Clinton and Bush to assist in the Haitian relief efforts after this week’s horrific earthquake.The objective is to help the Caribbean island recover, rebuild and move towards a better future. This fundraising is the same that Clinton and Bush Sr. did for the Tsunami in 2005.
Clinton, who is the US Special Envoy to Haiti has been helping the island through his Clinton Foundation and through out his presidency. Haiti is especially close to the former President and wife Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, spending a delayed honeymoon there and visiting every chance they get for the past 20 years.
President Obama hopes that Clinton and Bush can gather the American people in helping with the relief. Meanwhile, Secretary Clinton is set to arrive in Haiti today, accompanied by USAID chief Rajiv Shah. Clinton will be the first highest U.S dignitary to witness the destruction first hand. Her hopes are to speed up the recovery. Shah stated that the US has mobilized $48Million worth of food assistance, enough to feed about 2 million people for the next six months.
Former Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush have set up a Web site - http://www.clintonbushhaitifund.org - to begin collecting donations.

Sarah Palin may have had an amazing year; with her popularity soaring and her book reaching No.1. But in a recent USA Today/Gallup Poll, the former governor was not voted most admired woman of the year. That prize went to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.Clinton got 16% of the votes; Palin was not far behind with 15%. The Obama girls Michelle Obama and Oprah Winfrey came in third and fourth with 7% and 8% of the votes.
In the men’s category, President Obama was voted no.1 with 30% of the votes, despite his approval rating. Former President George Bush came in 2nd with 4%, beating out one of the most influential man of our time Nelson Mandel, with 3%. Glenn Beck and the Pope are tied in fourth place with 2% of the votes.
