Scott Inoue is a well known chiroprator in California. About six months ago he sent the President a photo of the two in third grade, asking for an autograph. They were both classmates at Noelani Elementary School in Manoa. The President returned the photo with his autograph and a thank you note attached to it. The picture about 40 years old was found by Scott in his childhood home in Manoe. He said he always thought of that photo and always wondered what became of "Barry".
President Obama lived in Indonesia for most of his childhood.
